Massage Destination Spa is a local family owned and operated premier massage spa in Wake Forest. Also serving Wakefield, North Raleigh and Rolesville areas of NC.

Massage services include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Sports, Fire Cupping and Couples Massages. We also offer facials, organic peels, microdermabrasion, waxing and body wraps. We exclusively use Éminence Organic Skincare products for our facials & body wraps.

Our massage therapists work closely with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and Orthopedic doctors who have referred them. Massage therapy is recognized by medical practitioners as an integral part of their treatment plan for their patients because the manipulation of soft tissues affects so many of our body’s systems.

What to Expect – Massage Wake Forest

First-time clients can fill the Intake Forms online, for their respective services. If you are unable to do so then arrive 15 minutes early to fill out health intake and consent forms so the therapist may make a clear assessment of what would be most beneficial for the client. Once checked in at the front desk, relax in our serene lobby. Soon, one of our highly trained therapists will guide you to your new destination. All sessions include time for dressing and consultation.

In the room, the therapist will explain to you how to be positioned on the table based on your previous assessment. Based on the client’s comfort level, some choose to remove all attire while others may decide to leave undergarments on. All of our therapists are accustomed to working with individuals with varying levels of modesty. It is helpful if the client removes all jewelry prior to coming in to reduce the time it takes to position on the table, ready for the massage.

Actual Massage Time

A 60 minute appointment is actually 50 minutes hands on with your therapist - once you are in the room and speak with your therapist, they step out and you disrobe and get on the table - this normally takes 5 minutes. The last 5 minutes of the appointment are for you to dress and step out to speak with your therapist.

A 90 minute appointment is actually 80 minutes hands on with your therapist - once you are in the room and speak with your therapist, they step out and you disrobe and get on the table - this normally takes 5 minutes. The last 5 minutes of the appointment are for you to dress and step out to speak with your therapist.
